Abstract
An analytical study on mixtures of olive oil with soybeen, peanut, sunfiower and olive-Marnel oils has be en carried out. The resultats obtained confirm that the classk methods and the gas
chromatography can detect the adulteration with soybeen oíl from 5 %, and others fats up to 20 %.
