Abstract
A spectroprotometric method for the determination of nitrate ion in natural water, with chromotropic acid, is proposed. It is less selective than most of the Standard method, but can offer the advantage of a greater simplicity, and enough reproducibílity, precision and sensibility in a lot of ocassions.
