Abstract
The chromatropraphic behaviour of 30 cations has been studied by using Whatman núm. 4 paper impregnated with 5,5'metylendisalycilic acid and four different developing líquids. Numerous analytical separations have been found to be possible on impregnated papers but impossible on paper without the impregnating reagent.
