The actual study pretends to diagnose the social representation of masculinities that possess the teenagers of the high school “Mangos de Baraguá”, from Matanzas. The outcomes allowed to conclude that are features of the ideal of hegemonic masculinity in the social representation of the teenagers. In a few sections of the dossier Masculinos, are gathered journalistic materials that help to deepen in the phenomenon of masculinities.
