The aim of this article is to introduce the use of Spanish audiovisual heritage as a didactic tool in the classroom. To this end, an educational project has been developed with the possibility of being applied in the classroom as a Didactic Unit -or partially- taking into account the contents included in the current Spanish educational legislation.
This proposal analyses, firstly, the pedagogical framework on which it is based together with the legislative framework referring to the year in which it would be applied - 4th year of Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO). Once these two frameworks have been examined, which would act as the backbone of the project, and its main objectives have been established, we will examine the curricular elements in greater depth: what key competences would be worked on through this project, what activities are envisaged for the acquisition of these competences, what would be the most appropriate educational methodologies for it to be carried out, what resources would be needed to carry out the project, and so on.
Finally, a timeline for the project will be proposed, as well as a series of results expected to be obtained once the project is fully implemented.
