The teaching of heritage in the classrooms. An analysis of teaching practices

Abstract

In this paper we try to know the use of the heritage in the classrooms to teach social sciences. The answers given by teachers to the quantitative questionnaire used for this aim; show that teaching of heritage is still anchored in traditional settings.

José Monteagudo Fernández

(Universidad de Murcia), Licenciado en Historia y Máster en Dirección y Gestión de Recursos Histórico-Culturales. Doctor en Didáctica de las Ciencias Sociales por la UMU. Profesor de Geografía e Historia de Enseñanza Secundaria. Profesor Asociado en la UMU. Miembro del grupo de investigación DICSO y autor de varias comunicaciones a congresos y  publicaciones relacionadas con el patrimonio y la evaluación.

Carmen Oliveros Ortuño

(Universidad de Murcia), Licenciada en Historia y Máster en Formación del Profesorado por la UMU. Ambos son miembros del Departamento de Didáctica de las Ciencias Matemáticas y Sociales de la Facultad de Educación de la Universidad de Murcia.
