Stages of the editorial process

All papers sent through the journal's website https://revistaseug.ugr.es/index.php/quiroga will be informed of their receipt within a maximum period of 30 days.

The texts sent to the Articles section will have a double evaluation:

- Internal or preliminary evaluation: the text review team will verify that the style rules are respected; will determine if its content fits into the thematic line of Quiroga's magazine. Ibero-American Heritage Magazine; and will comment on its content. At this time, the author or author will be suggested if they should make any changes before starting the external evaluation phase. The term that the text reviewers will have for this report will be 30 days.

- External evaluation or peer review (double-blind system): once it has been established that the content of the manuscript meets the formal and thematic requirements, it will be sent to a minimum of two peers, who, in accordance with what is specified in the Guide for Evaluators, They will issue a report by filling in the Evaluation Form. In case of conflicting opinions and/or if it is considered appropriate, a third opinion will be requested. The term given for this evaluation to the external reviewers will be 30 days.

The author will have 30 days to send the revised text, in each of the evaluation phases, in case the opinions so require.

Once the text is accepted, the number in which it will be published will be reported. During the layout process you will receive the proofs for a new correction.
