Los elementos estructurales del drama griego antiguo: forma y función

Abstract

The present article describes the principal elements of the structure of Greek drama, from both a formal and a functional viewpoint. The elements common to both tragedy and comedy are set forth in parallel, and their eventual differences are of course pointed out, on both synchronic and a diachronic level. A special section is devoted to the elements proper to comedy.
