Abstract

The basic aim of our study has been the collection of any reference to wood within the sources relating to the Civil War between Caesar and Pompey in the lberian Peninsula except for the Bellum Hispaniense, as this source is object of another study. We have also summarized the authors' references on this matter, and we have found the most relevant information in the Bellum Alexandrinum and in Cassius Dio. Moreover, we have compared the provided information with the nature of the source and we have finally assessed the collected terms
