Positive Psychology focuses on discovering and promoting personal strengths and virtues in order to achieve stability and harmony in all facets of our life. Closely linked to it, Emotional Intelligence has aroused great interest in psychological research. In the present paper the principal postulates of both and their educational implications are described.Downloads
