Contribution to the galenic test of suppositories. III. Medicinal suppositories of the Spanish pharmaceutical market

Abstract

In this third and final contribution to the study of the galenic tests of suppositories, the authors apply the techniques and conditions established in the earlier communications to suppositories of the spanish market containing bismuth camphocarboxylate, dimethylamine pheny-dymethylpirazolone, mixture of both or theophylline ethylenediamine the results that areobtained permit one formulate some requirements about weight, consistancy, temperature of fusion, normal doses and dimensions, that should be included in the Pharmacopeias.
