Micrométodo fotocolorimétrico de determinación de urea
Abstract
Se propone un micrométodo de dosificación de urea, transformándola en amoniaco, previa hidrólisis rápida y lectura directa de la coloración producida con el reactivo de Nessler. Permite determinar cantidades de urea comprendidas entre las 50 y 200 gammas.
