Ensayos acerca del comportamiento electroforético de los alcaloides de las quinas (1)
Abstract
Mediante el tampón de Theorell Stenhagen y el de Soerensen se consiguen separaciones muy acusadoras de los alcaloides de las quinas. Las movilidades óptimas se obtienen a pH muy bajos, y para fuerzas iónicas próximas a 0,1 en el primer tampón. La mayor movilidad la posee la cinconidina.
