Adsorción de alcaloides por geles artificiales de Sílice -Alúmina 1. -ADSORCION DE BRUCINA
Abstract
La adsorción por parte de geles de sílice - alúmina de brucina contenida en disoluciones acuosas presenta un máximo valor para cifras altas del pH, así como para temperaturas próximas a 37° C. A temperaturas inferiores y superiores a las citadas se presenta una disminución de la adsorción, lo que se pretende atribuir a fenómenos de asociación por parte de las moléculas de brucina disueltas.
