Estabilidad de algunos minerales bajo condiciones podsólicas de lavado

Se estudia la mineralogía de las fracciones 50-105 y 105-210 micras de los horizontes A2, B2h, B2 y C1 de unn podsol húmico de Filipsberg (Holanda), a fin de establecer la estabilidad en condiciones podsólicas de lavado de los minerales presentes. Existe un ataque intenso en el horizonte A2, que se hace más suave con profundidad creciente. De los resultados obtenidos se establecen las siguientes series de estabilidad para minerales pesados y ligeros respectivamente: Rutilo = zircón > minerales opacos > silimanita andalucita distena > turmalina > granate > epidota > hornblenda.
