Principios teóricos de la electroferesis sobre papel. Electroferesis de alcaloides
Abstract
Se hace una reseña inicial de la evolución de los métodos electroforéticos sobre papel. Se revisan los principios físico-químicos del método, conductividades eléctricas de ectrolitos débiles y fuertes, aminoácidos y partículas coloidales, en función de su densidad de carga, así como la influencia del pH del medio sobre el desplazamiento dentro del campo eléctrico. Se estudian también el comportamiento de los alcaloides, y las técnicas utilizadas para su separación e identificación.Downloads
