Cápsulas de adormideras. Comparación de las variedades Eckendorf y Española sometidas a distintos tratamientos de abonados
Abstract
Se ha planteado una experiencia de cultivo para comparar las variedades de adormideras «Eckendor»f y «Española» que, en una experiencia anterior, se habían mostrado muy superiores en rendimiento de cápsula, morfina y grasa a otras cuatro variedades más.
Al mismo tiempo se ha pretendido estudiar la influencia de los abonados con sulfato amónico y superfosfato. Para cada variedad, se han realizado 3 tratamientos (sulfato amónico, superfosfato, testigo) y 5 repeticiones en cada uno.
Los abonados no han influenciado ni la producción de cápsula por Ha. ni la riqueza en morfina, pero debido a un aumento del tanto % de morfina en la variedad española, en la presente experiencia (de 0,35% en la anterior a 0,44% en la actual) y a una disminución en la variedad Eckendorf (de 0,82% a 0,70%), la diferencia de rendimiento en alcaloide por Ha. entre las dos variedades -que en el trabajo precedente no era significativa se ha incrementado significativamente a favor de la variedad española (1.056Kg/Ha).
