Abstract
An strict control in the medicament is established by the Pharmaceutic Law as much in the production field as in the distribution-dispensation one. The peculiarities of formalized contracts betwen pharmacies and distributions warehouse with informatic means for the medicaments supply are analyzed by the present work. The guaranties of interchange without a writing contract and without a signature as guaranty as much of contractual obligation as of sanitary responsabilities derived from the supply are especially handeled in this work.
