Abstract
The su jet of this artiele is disputes beween El Puerto de Santa María authorities and Colegio de Boticarios de Sev illa from ended XVII century to middle of XVIII century owing non accptance of the authority of this pharrnaceutical corporation by this city, argufying preferential right granted by statute law of the kingdom and chapters of the Servicio de Millones.
