Abstract
By means of the thiocyanate levels determination in saliva and using the Densen method of analysis, we investigated the tobacco addiction level in one hundred secondary education students of Granada (Spain). We conclude that 20% of youngs are adicted and 5% are heavy smokers. 250 μg/ml was the larger thiocyanate level observed.
