Abstract
During the 18th century we can find sorne interesting works written by spanish pharmaceutical. Juan de Loeches and Félix Palaciones out among them. The first one because of his book Tyrocinium Pharmaceuticum Teoricopracticum Galeno-chimicum, and the second one because of his Palestra Pharmaceutica Chymico-galenica. We have centered our work in the study of the activity that the Pearls present in both of these books and if there is sorne evolution to detach in the use of them in the formulas in which the appear through these books. To make it possible, we have compared in which formulas the Pearls appear in each book and if the activity is the same.
