Abstract
Using the SM 16750 Sartorius Absorption Simulator and following the Stricker's means, we carry out the study of the influence that the active coal exerts upon the absorption of phenformin hydrochloride. For that, two different activation time coals have been used. We prove, from the obtained data, that the bioavailability of the drug is different to both coals.
