Abstract
The acetylcholinesterase activity of pig ,and cattle erythrocytes from animals of different habitat was quantitatively determined by the pH-stat technique. The acetylcholinesterase activity in animals from irrigated lands with intensive farming is 18-20% (pig) and 20-25% (cattle) lower than that from animals grown in non irrigated conditions.
