Abstract
A comparativ.e study has been done four revealers to analyze organophosphorus plaguicides by thin-layer chromatography. The most sensitive revealer was that formed by ammonium molybdate and nitric acid 15 mobile phases and 2 stationary phases have been tested. The best separation of plaguicides were obtained using a mixture of hexane-acetone (70-30) and benzene-chloroform (70-30) on silicagel 60 G layers.
