Abstract
The synthesis, identification and reactivity against inorganic ions of Quinalizarin complexan, are described. This compound originated a coloures reactions with Y(III) and Ni(II), which has been used for the spectrophotometric determination of Y(III) and Ni(II). Te stoichiometry and stability constant of complexes have be en determined.
