Abstract
It has be en tried to find the best conditions for the use of chromatography in thin layer, as a technique of valoration and identification of the residues of pesticides. When the stationary phase is Silicagel GF-254, the sensibility is higher. A suitable separation of the pesticides assayed has been obtained by means of the mobile phase Benzene-acetic acid (90/10). Concerning the quantitative valoration, a yield of 70% has been reached in the case of Malathion.
