Abstract
It have been studied different types of compost coming from the provinces of Castellón, Granada, Jaén, Las Palmas, Sevilla, and Valencia. The parameters utilized have been: Organic matter, N, P, C/N Humfication degree, salts content, etc .... All the compost studied present a good quality because they get a high level of organic matter so as nutritive elements. The best compost are those of Castellón and Jaen while the compost from Valencia, Sevilla and Granada presents a medium quaUty and the compost of Las Palmas is the worst of the studied compost. The main problem found are a high proportion of salinity. This problem is easy to solve but of course with an increment in the cost.
