Abstract
The separation of the guanosine (base) and his three phosphoric esters has be en investigated by column ionic exchange chromatography, making use of an interchanger Sephadex DEAE A-25. The eluate identification was made by ionic exchange thin layer chromatography with monodimensional develovement. The process quantification was done by UV spectroscopy at 260 nm and the relative error of measurements was between 0,5 % and 1,84 %. A spontaneous hydrolysis, no due to the chromatographic process, was observed and determined has quantification.
