Abstract
A colorimetric method for the determination of Dihydroxyphenylaminoethanol derivates is reported. The method is based on the colour reaction of these derivates with isonicotinic acid hydrazide in alkaline medium. The influence of temperature, time and pH are discussed to determine the optimal conditions for the assay procedure.
