Abstract
The protein in cerebrospinal fluid were concentrated by filtration throug Minicón TM-D and separated by cellulose acetate electrophoresis. The values obtained on 30 normal patients were 5,7 ± 1,4 % for prealbumin; 58,3 ± 4,6 % for albumin and 5,0 ± 0,9 % ;7,0 ± 1,0 %; 15,5 ± 1,9 %; 8.6 ± 1,9 %, respectively, for α1 α2 y β3 γ globulins.
