Medio semidefinido para el cultivo de promastigotas de Leishmania infantum

Resumen

Se describe un medio libre de suero y químicamente semidefinido para el crecimiento

de promastigotas de Leishmania infantum . Se utilizó medio PM-SFCM, que

también se modificó añadiéndole hemina y/o suplemento nutritivo. Los mejores resultados

se obtuvieron usando PM-SFCM con hemina y suplemento nutritivo.
