Resumen

The typological research of works of two famous modern writers-journalists Rosa Montero and Yulia Latynina is carried out in the article. The similarity and individual originality of writing genre forms, subject and style of their works are considered for the purpose of identification of the common patterns of female prose development as well as specifics of a creative method of the writers who are engaged in journalism.
