The Apocalypse of Pseudo-Athanasius, in which edition we are working now, belongs to the apocalyptic typology. This literary typology in Arabic, as its predecessors in Syriac and Coptic languages, not only has such specific characteristics which denote the environment in which the Christian population were living when the Muslim Arabs arrived to the Christian lands, but also shows the literary peculiarities which define these textual samples.Downloads
