Abstract

At El Sauzón y El Manchego, places belonging to Villanueva del Duque (Córdoba, Spain), two big metalurgic beds of argentiferous galena of the end of the Republic and the beginning of Roman Empire, appear fifteen and two plates of slate, respectively, which are engraved with person's names or tasks. They are instruments of administration and of work control.
