Abstract

This work presents a former study about the shells in the archeological excavations at Guadix, Granada. San Miguel 's shells analysis has contributed to unowledpo of land snails and marine materials. In spite of the fact that the archeological sequence starts in the final of the Bronze Age the first shells appear in the roman time following its presence until Modern Age.
