La colonización fenicia en las obras de los eruditos veleños de los siglos XVI y XVII

Abstract

We study the references about the Phoenician colonization in the books of two scholars from Vélez-Málaga in 16th. and 17 th. centuries, like Juan Vázquez Rengifo and the Father Francisco de Vedmar. At same time we analyse the view about Phoenicians in these centuries, when we watch the first archaeological discoveries belonging to these eastern colonisers.
