Abstract

In the territory that is now occupied by the province of Granada, a significant
amount of money circulated during the Roman Republican period. In addition to the presence of coins from local coinage, such as those from the mints of Sks, i.l.tu.f.U and llurco, we have a lot of foreign cash, being the number of Roman pieces especially important, although we can also note the presence of coins from other Hispanic mints.
