Abstract
This article analyzes the perceptions and experiences of two music teachers in music-social programmes in the Community of Madrid – Dalanota and Acción por la Música –, regarding their contribution to the social impact of these projects. To explore the challenges and achievements perceived by the facilitators as changemakers, a qualitative approach based on interviews and participatory observation was adopted. The implications of these perceptions for improving the programs are discussed, highlighting the importance of institutional support and continuous training.
