– Production of Human, Social and Educational Sciences on socio-emotional skills provided by the Brazilian National Common Curricular Base: a systematic review
Main Article Content
Abstract
This article proceeds to a systematic literature review about the scientific production of Human, Social and Educational Sciences regarding the inclusion of socioemotional skills in the Brazilian National Common Curricular Base (BNCC). The survey was carried out in four databases: Periódicos CAPES, Redalyc, La Referencia and ProQuest, with the final database comprising 14 articles, selected within the PRISMA criteria. These articles were subdivided into two categories of analysis, namely: "BNCC and the influence of Neoliberalism" and “BNCC and its observation in school practices”. It is possible to see a tendency in the BNCC's philosophical and theoretical research studies to be against this neoliberal politics. The few articles on school practices for implementing socio-emotional programs in schools do not have a theoretical framework to support them. Studies are suggested that, based on a consistent theoretical foundation, report school experiences of developing the BNCC.
