The EMA-EMAI System: a heuristic proposal to improve the musical interpretative act and its learning
Main Article Content
Abstract
The present research has reviewed the possibility of increasing the quality of musical performance through the application of the system designed to improve and anchor the learning of the musical-interpretative act addressed to an audience: this is the Active Musical Expressivity (AME) – Active Musical Expressivity with the Instrument (AMEI) system. The study was conducted through the Participatory Action Research method, with a mixed approach with a QUALI-CUAN tendency and had as a study group the trombone students of the Bachelor of Music of the Autonomous University of Aguascalientes. The results indicated a certain qualitative increase in the musical performances recorded. Therefore, it is inferred that this inventive way to boost the learning of the musical-interpretive act, through the application of the AME-AMEI system, can provide a suitable atmosphere for meaningful learning in an inherently musical way.
