Most research on family resilience has focused on the study of families with dysfunctional practices. Therefore, the present study aims to investigate functional family groups facing stressful situations, such as the one generated by the Covid-19 pandemic, during the period of confinement. This article presents the preliminary data of an exploratory study conducted with a sample of 388 participants from Mexico and Spain. The research compared the levels of individual and family resilience with potential stressors (housing conditions, work situation, etc.). The result shows a significance correlation between family and individual resilience levels, while potential stressors do not seem to have a significant impact on resilience levels.
