Abstract

At the end of the 16th and beginning of the 17'" centuries the limits of the lndian villages in the territory of New Granada were established. Contracts for the building of parish churches were signed; the mission of these churches was to evangelise the natives. Typologically, the Mudejar temples are very similar. Basing our study on a discussion of the contrae! for work on the church in Tabio we carry out a detailed analysis of the Mudejar systems of construction in churches in the Cundiboya altiplano, which can also be applied to other villages in the region.
