El entorno de los bienes inmuebles de interés cultural: su regulación en la ley del patrimonio histórico español

Abstract

The systems of valuation and the other standars applied in the Spanish Legislation wich protects historical patrimony (Ley del patrimonio histórico Español) to goods which have been declared to be of historical interest have been shown bo be inadequate, since they do not allow suffeciently for the protection of these goods, nor do they provide a clear legal framework for their assessment.
By means of an analysis of the principales underlying the present legislation as regards the custody of «cultural goods», of a discussion of the various places where the goods are housed, and of the different typologies established by the Law, we demostrate the inadequacy of the present legislation.
