Formulación y Evaluación de teofilina de liberación controlada de la matriz tabletas utilizando goma guar

Resumen

Controlada de teofilina de liberación de tabletas de matriz se prepararon con la goma de guar en dos relaciones y con tres dureza diferente de 5, 6 y 7 kg / cm2. controlada de teofilina gránulos de liberación se prepararon y se evaluaron para el ángulo de reposo, la densidad aparente, densidad de deposición, el índice de compresibilidad y la relación de hausners. Toda la formulación mostró buenas propiedades de flujo. Las tabletas comprimidas se evaluaron para determinar la dureza, la uniformidad de peso, la friabilidad, el contenido de drogas y de disolución in vitro estudios. Todas las formulaciones mostraron conformidad con los estándares pharmacopial. No hubo interacción entre el fármaco, el polímero y otros excipientes. Se confirmó por estudios de FTIR. Entre todas las formulaciones F6 (ratio1 polímero es decir: 2 y una dureza de 7 kg / cm2) mostró una liberación prolongar cuando se compara con otras formulaciones. La cinética de liberación de fármaco mostraron orden cero. La formulación óptima (F6) era estable cuando se almacenó a 40 + 20 C, 280 + 20 C y a 450 + 20 C durante 6 meses.
