Open Access and Content Reuse Policy

Theory Now Journal is an open and immediate-access publication, free for both readers and authors. This journal provides free access to its content under the principle of open science. All texts published in this journal are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution Non-Commercial License (CC BY NC 3.0).

Authors are not required to pay any fee for their articles' submission and editorial process. Our journal follows the recommendations for the implementation of article 37 Open Access Dissemination of the Law on Science, Technology and Innovation:

• Authors whose contributions are accepted for publication in this journal will retain the non-exclusive right to use their contributions for scholarly, research, and educational purposes, including self-archiving or deposit in open-access repositories of any kind.
• Preferably, the use of the published version of the scientific contributions (publisher's post-print version) or, failing that, the author's post-print version already evaluated and accepted will be allowed, which will be accessible in open access as soon as possible, since the journal does not impose any embargo period.
