Abstract
The text is the necessary balance of thirteen years of cultural management in the Official College of Architects of Granada. Postponed by the maelstrom of a convulsive age, permanent professional and educational challenges, no time for reasoned and reflexive analysis, as well as the nostalgic contemplation of the irremediable loss of social weight of Colleges. The cultural management developed during these years added an attentive and curious look at the national architectural panorama from non-exclusively professional spheres. It adopted a position committed to the local culture, in order to spread and enhance the courageous examples that knew how to interpret the possibilities of transformation of the existing reality through the contemporary architecture.
