Résumé
This article analyses the different roads secondary school beginner teachers take when initiating their professional activity, focusing on the way professional knowledge is acquired as a result of their teaching experience. This process in initial teacher education involves the daily practicum and importance of school space. There is also a discussion on the working conditions and teaching models secondary school teachers face when they begin to teach and how through these they understand what their professional activity involves.
