Abstract

Bible's translation is not easy and still less if it is a translation into Arabic language: “cultural pressure”. exerted in Near East environment by a great play in Literature like the Koran and also failing of lexical precision that is produced in some instances drive to an “imprecise” and “unsuitable” translation. So, we have tried reconstructing a translation of Gn 24, 2-3 into Arabic language to attempt to grasp its original sense in Hebrew.
