Ceuta en el siglo IX
Abstract
The IX century of the Ceuta's history is very interesting and little known too.
Nevertheless the problem is a matter of interpretation of sources. We do another reading to ancient sources, like the former arabic geographes, or the last clasics like Bakri or ibn Jaldun.
Ceuta was not conquered but occupied peacefully, after don Julian death, and after wards dominated by a berber dynastie called maŷakasa.
The last king of these dynastie gives hls rule to the Spanish Caliph, ˁAbd el Raḥaman the third, but thls happened in the X century.
