Our analysis focuses on Statal control over the electoral process during the last decades (1977, 1984 and 1993 general elections). The presence, attitude and behaviour of the Moroccan Administration in the electoral contends will allow us to know the range and limits of the (transited transition), as well as the direct precedents of todays Moroccan political situation.Downloads
